Intutionistic Fuzzy Divergence – An Applied Approach for Solving Multi – Attribute Decision Making | Chapter 11 | New Visions in Science and Technology Vol. 1
Atanassov proposed the concept of an intuitionistic fuzzy set, which is represented by a membership function and a non-membership function, as a way of simplifying Zadeh's fuzzy sets, which only assign a membership degree to each element. The Intutionistic Fuzzy Divergence Measure, which involves two parameters and associated demonstrations of validity, is introduced in this study. It is further demonstrated that the Intutionistic Fuzzy Divergence Measure shows monotonic decreasing behaviour in relation to the two parameters. Finally, a numerical illustration of decision making is used to demonstrate the practicality and efficacy of the proposed technique.
