This chapter portrays information on English language teaching schemes in Indian classrooms for foreign students.  The teacher monitors as facilitator and instructor, the trainees were trained in the four macro skills, LSRW. Some topics are taught in three skills, namely, writing, listening and reading (just three, not speaking skills) to Chinese students in VIT University, but the other skill speaking was trained by the other faculty.  The Students were educated to listen to English words and passages, to read the comprehension passages and answer the questions, and to coach basic grammar and revising it. Moreover, beginners were also guided to learn technical words related to their respective disciplines (major subjects) other than English words. The research paper aims to analyse the core dimensions of Organizational Culture in a R&D institution that is completely dedicated to research in Basic and Allied Sciences. The sole purpose of this research is to capture those dimensions amenable to R&D activities in this organization that will lead to higher R&D performance. The research examines factors like Strategy, Structure, Resources, Risk taking, Job & Role Characteristics, Team Dynamics, Collaboration & Networking, Leadership, Reward System, Safety & Health and Customer Satisfaction in the context of the organization. Based on the importance of the SME’s at Mundial level, and due to the high mortality rate of the SME’s in China and Mexico, in the present paper is made an articles compilation referred to Innovation strategies for SME’s develop and growth in China and Mexico, with the purpose to analyze and compare them in order to identify the problems that Mexican and Chinese SME’s have, for to detect the similarities and differences and   identify the strategies managed in both countries; the analysis show some Innovation strategies used in China and not in Mexico and vice versa, information that could be useful for to complement the management approach of the SME’s in China and Mexico for to develop and make growth the SME's.
