Assessment of Angle of Anterior Chamber with SDOCT in Patients Presenting to Tertiary Health Care Center: A Cross-sectional Study | Chapter 9 | New Frontiers in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 5

The goal of this study was to use anterior segment spectral domain OCT (ASOCT) to examine the normative data of anterior chamber angle in patients presenting to tertiary health care centres in central India. Dimensions: 120 A cross-sectional study was conducted on consecutive patients who presented to an ophthalmology outpatient department of a tertiary health care centre. The patients were all subjected to a thorough visual examination. Best corrected visual acuity, refraction, anterior segment examination with a slit lamp, fundus examination, gonioscopy with a 3 mirror Goldmann contact lens, IOP assessed with a Goldmann applanation tonometer, and OCT analysis of the angle of the AC were all part of the ocular examination.
