Study on Nanogaphene Particles Cancer Treatment | Chapter 2 | New Frontiers in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 13

Medical experts from the Universities of Manchester and Calabria have discovered that graphene could be used to treat cancer. Graphene oxide (GO) targets and neutralises these extremely resilient cancer cells, according to a series of investigations on cancer stem cells (CSC). However, we've looked into nanographene particles, which have been shown to impair cancer cell survival. Several studies have been carried out, and nanographene particle experiments have yielded promising results. The results of applying the optimum concentrations of nanographene to malignant lymphatic cells and the cancerous lump or mass in skin, breast, and neck cancer in vitro to diminish and kill cancer cells led to the development of this study on this treatment. Another goal of this research is to directly apply this treatment to cancerous regions on the outside. To suppress cancer cells, these treated cancer regions are presented on the image-guided localization. And we created these nanographene particles, which are charged particles, to stop cancer cells from growing.
