Case Report on Congenital Penile Epidermal Cyst in a Rare Location | Chapter 15 | New Frontiers in Medicine and Medical Research Vol. 7

We present a case of a congenital penile cyst in a middle-aged man who had no prior penile surgery or damage. A cyst on the epidermis can arise anywhere on the body. It is caused by epidermal elements placed in the dermis during foetal development, trauma, or operations like penoplasty and circumcision. A 22-year-old man appeared with a painless lump over his penis that had been growing in size since birth. It was discovered that the tumour was a penile epidermal cyst after it was removed. One of the most prevalent benign tumours in the body is the epidermal cyst. This arises when epidermal parts become trapped within a confined area, either congenitally or as a result of trauma or surgery. However, in this case, there had been no previous injuries or procedures, and the tumour had been there since birth—a case of congenital penile epidermal cyst.

  The present study highlights about alkali element modification of glucose molecules as a method to dissolve cancer cells.
